Project Description
Breaking Barriers
The world became keenly aware of its own biases during the 1960’s, when civil rights demonstrations and racial violence penetrated the consciousness of global citizens worldwide. In this virtual or live event from Leadership Masters, executive and high-potential students will re-live those turbulent years, when Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. asked us to take a deeper look into ourselves, and privileged white men such as Robert F. Kennedy led the way. In both the virtual and live versions of “Breaking Barriers”, executive participants have the opportunity to interact as themselves and as “avatars” which gives the presentation an additional level of interaction, sophistication, and impact. This high-impact, high-level experience is what the world needs now, to understand and heal from the forces of separation and division.
