Project Description

Elizabeth I: Diversity & Governance

This interactive, three-dimensional leadership theater module contains four brilliant theatrical scenes, which are followed by four introspective work sessions: “Assumptions”, “Beliefs”, “Judgments”, and “Towards a Deeper Democracy”. The presentation examines how unconscious biases are created in the workplace, and how those tacit beliefs influence behaviors and relationships. The program also helps executives and managers create an action plan to safely address such challenges, plus strategies for building an environment that contains elements of a “deep democracy”.
