The Authentic Journey is all about increasing the level of honesty in individuals, work groups, business units, and organizations. Leadership Masters leads your executive and high-potential students through an introspective process designed to uncover pockets of uncertainty, which can lead to a lack of trust and confidence. Storytelling is a key component of The Authentic Journey, as is the ability to lead self and others through pressure and challenge, especially during economic downturns. Executive students will explore the power of authentic leadership, value-based decision-making, communicating for honest and open feedback, and raising the levels of both truth and trust. The result of this intense workshop is a complete action plan for building high-status environments.
